Summary statistical information on complaints and outcomes.

Published information Performance statistics dealing complaint volumes, types and key performance information, for example on time taken and stage at which complaints were resolved.  The trends and outcomes of complaints and the actions taken in response including examples to demonstrate how complaints have helped improved services.
Withheld information Information that may identify individuals will be withheld due to data protection.
Timing Annually by 31 January for the previous academic year. Academic years run from 1 August to 31 July.
